Hi, I'm Andrew Green, founder of Link Luggage. I spent nearly a decade at Amazon in Seattle, helping companies launch and grow their products. That experience planted a seed: someday I'd build a product of my own!
Then came post-pandemic travel with a toddler. I tried the ride-on luggage out there and wasn't impressed with the options. That's when The Trolley was born: luggage designed by parents, for parents, to make family travel easier, less stressful, and a lot more fun.

The Trolley is designed around the carry-on guidelines used by many major airlines and measures 22 x 15 x 10 inches, weighs 9 pounds empty and holds 20 gallons of gear. Requirements vary by carrier, fare, route and aircraft, so always confirm your airline's current dimensions before travel.
Children ages 2 to 7, once they can sit securely and follow simple riding instructions. Every child is different, but this range is the sweet spot for ride-on travel fun.
The Trolley is rated to support up to 150 pounds. Sturdy enough for most children in the recommended age range, and then some.
Not at all. The side-loading design works more like sliding items in than laying everything flat like with a "clamshell" design. The side-loading layout is designed to make packed items easier to reach without opening the suitcase flat on the floor.
Yes. The wheels handle more than smooth airport floors. The Trolley rolls smoothly on sidewalks, tile, and typical urban surfaces. (It's not built for hiking trails. Yet.)
